when searching for mail recieved or sent today, yesterdays mail show up. And when searching for mails recieved this week, nothing shows at all. This happens in both outlook 2016 15.22 and 15.21 on multiple computers in my company. We are located in norway, and use norwegian timesone both locally on the mac and also in the office 365 settings. Is there any timezone settings i'm unaware of?
Anyone else experiencing this? Hi Henry, Turning conversations mode off did not change anything. Nut you are right. I changed the Time Zone on the Mac to Pacific Daylight Time (Los Angeles) and the search results are correct. Helpitunes 7.1 upgrade for mac.
Then changed the Time Zone back to Central European Time, and the search results are wrong again. There are three places where I'm able to set the Time Zone.
In OSX Preferences. In Outlook 2016 - Preferences - On portal.office.com - user preferences I checked again and the Time Zone are set to Central European (UTC+1) all three places. I also performed some tests from my side, for ‘When searching for mail received on a given date, the results shows mails from the day before.’ and ‘When searching for mail received or sent today, yesterday’s mail show up’, I can reproduce the issue in my test lab. So I will consult our related teams and inform you once there are any updates. Thanks for your time and waiting. But for ‘when searching for mails received this week, nothing shows at all.’, results can be returned from my side. So I recommend you create a new profile and have another test.
